BQH-Preparing for the Event-

I had a beautiful BQH session with a client this weekend, who had very powerful and profound messages about preparing for the high vibrational energy waves coming to Earth right now (known by many as 'The Event' or ascension waves). These waves are increasing our vibrations to help us ascend to a less-dense and more loving reality, and her higher self said that soon we would see a very BIG wave- bigger than any that have come so far. We were told how to best prepare our bodies and beings to meet these incoming increases in vibration- through food, connection, meditation, and being very mindful about our mental state and what we choose to take in (for example, regarding media or politics or even just television shows).
