Heavy rains have continue to wreak havoc in North India, especially in the states of Bihar, Uttarakhand and Haryana. Flood like situation has been witnessed in several parts of these states with normal life being affected severely. In Bihar, over 92 lives have been lost due to rains and over 1.15 crore have been inconvenienced due to heavy downpour.
