Local engineering firms seeking contracts worth billions of shillings from the Oil and Gas Consortium of CNOOC, TOTAL AND Tullow, must sharpen their competences if they are to tap into the new line of investments. This advice from the Oil and Gas firms, is being re-echoed at a time when there are high hopes that the sector's Final Investment Decision FDI could be made before end of this year, effecting inflows worth over $20 B into the economy.
