Sew & Decorate Easy Throw Pillow 💗 Beginner Friendly DIY Project | SEWING REPORT

New to sewing? Then this easy DIY project is for you - we're sewing a simple and quick throw pillow cover with an envelope style closure at the back. I decorated the front with iron-on transfers from Michaels Crafts and used pinking shears to finish the seams and help prevent the fabric from fraying. Total cost to make this pillow cover + purchase the down-filled insert was approximately $12 - so this is a budget and beginner-friendly DIY - perfect for home decor or as a gift.

CUT FABRIC (Cover will fit 20x20 pillow insert with 1/2 inch seam allowance)
20 x 20 inches (front - cut 1)
20 x 15.5 inches (back - cut 2)
