Take a dip in the "Healing Green Water!" A Splash of Courage, Joy or Growth Required? Soak It In! Yellow – A bright, happy and joyful color. Yellow reminds us of the sunny days. In fact, it symbolizes optimism, hope, courage and personal power. Yellow is the color of the solar plexus chakra the 3rd chakra. So, you can meditate with this color when you need a courage boost or more confidence.
Green – This color reminds us of nature and the environment. Therefore, green is the symbol of health, youth, renewal and fertility. It also symbolizes good luck and money. It is the color of the heart chakra, the 4th chakra. Given that, you can use green in your meditation when you need healing or renewal.
