I've been wanting to give everyone who follows me online an update on my life and what my plans are for the future. I finally decided to sit down and talk about my past and everything that's accumulated over the years to get me to this point now. I feel this will resonate with many of y'all well considering a lot of us are wanting to be our own boss, create our own fitness brand, and be successful at a young age.
