Bloodborne: How to almost fail at Gehrman then Moon Presence (NG+4, Beast build)

Trying for parries on Gehrman, went derpy after first phase but won. Didn't expect to take out MP too right after, same thing. Beast build with main runes +visc damage and healing on visceral
