COMMON WORKOUT MISTAKES || ESPECIALLY BEGINNERS || STOP DOING THIS !! Welcome Back Guys

In this video I will telling you guys about common workout mistakes that I see alot of people make in the gym and especially in the case of beginners who have no clue from where to start.

Here are the Mistakes:-

1. Focusing TOO MUCH on Cardio

2. Static Stretching before workout.

3. Not Doing proper or NO warmup sets at all .
This is very important guys!! Proper warmup will ensure that by
the time you reach your working set you know your strength
levels for that day and also will be able to lift effeciently and in a
better way.

4. Random Workouts/Exercises Daily .
Stick to same exercises and keep on getting stronger on each
one of them. Don't overcomplicate things by doing random
exercies.

5. Changing Workouts Schedule Too Frequently ( Similar To above
post)

6. Focusing Too much on ABS and SIDES or LOVE HANDLES.
Train them just like a regular muscle group. No need to do
countless reps like crazy , you are just wasting your efforts
doing that.

7. Most IMPORTANT !!! EGO LIFTING .
As soon as you enter the gym keep ego aside and then proceed
to lifting weights. Learn the form first and don't try to do too
much at once .
