Explore what Open Access is and the emerging trends in funding requirements.

Phaedra Cress is the Executive Editor for the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. She manages the Aesthetic Surgery Journal and Aesthetic Surgery Journal Open Forum, published by Oxford University Press. An experienced publishing professional she had worked to enhance and innovate the journal, and launched the Open Access Open Forum journal in 2019. These society journals have over 20 international affiliates and publish original research on facial, occuloplastic, rhinoplasty, body contouring, and genital cosmetic surgery.

Chris Reid worked as the Executive Publisher on Surgery Journal and launched the Aesthetic Surgery Journal Open Forum through July 2019.
