FAMILY OF FOUR FOOD HAUL + MEAL IDEAS πŸ” 🍽✨ Here are 5 easy family meals to follow

MEATBALLS
fry onion in a pan and add tinned tomatoes, bring to a simmer and drop in meatballs. Season and add garlic then cover with another pan/plate and cook for around 12 mins until cooked through. Meanwhile boil spaghetti or a pasta of your choice. When meatballs are cooked add a handful of spinach and stir until wilted.
Drain pasta and top with meatball mixture.

CHICKEN STIR FRY
fry off diced chicken in a pan, add 3 grated carrots, 2 peppers, spring onion and stir dry together until chicken is cooked. (add chopped chilli optional). In a bowl, mix together juice of half a lime, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons ketjap manis, 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon honey. Add to the stir fry and mix well. Top this on rice, noodles or have alone.

CHICKEN PIE
Use leek! Not onion. fry off 2 chopped leeks with 150g chopped chestnut mushrooms. Add diced chicken breast and brown off. Add a couple of handfuls of quartered raw new potatoes and stir in 200ml chicken stock and 100ml cream. bring to boil and then transfer to pie dish. Top with some ready roll puff pastry and bake for 25mins at 180.

TARRAGON CHICKEN
Butterfly chicken breast and pan fry until cooked through. Stir in 1 tablespoon dijon mustard and 3 tablespoons creme fraiche. Sprinkle in some dried tarragon and serve with potatoes.

PENNE IROCCO
Boil some penne pasta. Dice and fry off chicken with red onions and add cajun spice to meat. introduce chopped chorizo, garlic and chillis to the pan. When cooked through turn the heat down and drizzle cream to create the sauce. Combine with the drained pasta and serve.
