This statement is thoroughly experienced by Dr Rasila Patel, who is practising in this field for 25 years. As her father was a farmer and being a daughter she got too much interested in naturopathy. And even she found the scope to accomplish that.
She at 57 years fully satisfied with her treatment from nature. She had started that after her marriage in a small balcony and reached till here with the support of her husband.
At first, she started with one or two patients but now at present 1000 of people are cured by her treatment. Her main focus is on food as medicine. She uses to cure her patients only with eating habit without any type of medicines. Only with the help of naturopathic cause. She introduces the concept of Tatva the actual remedies which natural fruit and vegetables are having just to cure every disease of that Tatva. According to her natural and homemade food is the best which can make one healthy and fit.
Like her, we have to be our own doctor by improving our food habits.
