inconsiderate Neighbor Introduction

What is an inconsiderate neighbor? Ordinarily, the term inconsiderate neighbor might bring
to mind someone who allows their dog to defecate in your
yard or someone who doesn’t secure their trash which then
ends up in your yard. Maybe it might remind you of when
someone in your neighborhood put their trash in your
trashcan.

In this case I use the term inconsiderate neighbor ironically.
