And if your NO is important then the child's NO is equally important. If your child is saying NO at any point in time. Don't ignore that NO. Ask him/her about what happened. Do not judge. Do not label.
When children say ðð it does not mean that they are insulting you or someone else. There may be a reason behind it. Figure that out by being compassionate and patient.
If you will not respect the child's NO, he/she will never be able to raise his/her voice in front of strangers or elders of the family, if needed.

And if your child is saying #ðð just stop at that point.
