Moral : We should always be kind to the poor and try to help them. It was Raining. Umberto took his old umbrella and went to the shop. He left it at the door and walked in. A very poor boy took the umbrella and walked out. Some men saw him and caught him. They were going to beat him.
Just then Umberto came out of the shop. He saw the poor thin boy with ragged clothes. He felt sorry for him and shouted to the men. Don't beat him. He told the boy, " You can keep this umbrella. It is yours. Then he gave the boy 5 rupees, and said , "Go and have something to eat. I know you are hungry. The boy thanked him and went away smiling.
