Yeah so SOMETIMES my training days don't play nice with each other. Seeing as the One Hand Snatch is, for me, one of the top two lifts that destroy my Traps, doing Cheat Curls the next day may be the reason for the tension headache l've had all day.... What to do?? One Hand Deadlifts up to 350lb/25 Stone perfectly require the shoulders to be pulled down and back: tuck 'em in yer back pocket if you can. This Lat contraction pulls the upper AND lateral Traps(going up into the neck) perfectly. All Trap tension was gone afterwards. How Blessed we are to have perfectly designed bodies that can help us balance out our mistakes. No, you don't have to use THIS MUCH weight. Use what YOU need to make the tension release.
