Overweight and despondent, sisters Jackie Hay and Sharon Ward were at their wits' end until an episode of This Morning saved their life. On the verge of going under the knife, self-confessed TM fan, Jackie saw a ‘gastric mind band’ segment on the show and fascination led her to give hypnosis a try. One year on, Jackie and Sharon are both five stone lighter and they join us to reveal why they're no longer battling health conditions and how losing 5 stone each has boosted their confidence.
