Heey Guys :-))
It´s time for a fresh "WHAT I EAT IN A DAY" video ☺️ I have been loving all the fresh summer fruits, lots of green smoothies and healthy filling dinners like Tomato Bruschetta, Avocado Toasts & Big Salads. I am still doing intermittent fasting and LOVE it :) I feel so clear and focused in the morning without having breakfast and that´s excatly what I need to get work done.:) I also still LOVE to eat raw during the day, have been eating "RAW TILL DINNER" since years now and I find it so convenient and easy to sustain long term because fruits are literally the quickest "fast food" out there, super hydrating, juicy and delicious. Especially now that we have so many summer fruits in season we need to take advantage of that ;-))!
Please remember every day is different and what works for me doesnt mean it works for everyone. If your stomach is more sensitive to gluten, I would go for a gluten free linseed, sunflower or rice bread. Just make sure to get a bread that doesn´t have added sugar and other conservatives.
