Police have tasked the Criminal Investigations Directorate-CID to investigate the kidnap and subsequent death of Michael Alinda alias Ziggy Wine. Alinda breathed his last at Mulago National Referral Hospital this morning. The singer was reportedly kidnapped on 21st July and dumped near Mulago hospital in a critical condition. #NTVNews
