HOW TO LUCID DREAM:
Lucid nightmares are a common fear in the lucid dreaming community, and there are many stories out there of people having scary experiences in their dreams. However, nightmares in lucid dreams are actually quite rare and you shouldn't be afraid of attempting lucid dreaming because of them.
In general lucid dreams aren't dangerous, but they are extremely vivid so if you see something scary it won't be a fun experience. Luckily there are many things you can do to prevent nightmares in lucid dreams, and a lot of it involves your habits close to bedtime.
These 7 tips will help reduce the risk of lucid nightmares from happening and if you follow them, your dreams will be a lot more peaceful. A lot of these will also help you lucid dream more often because they will improve your sleeping habits. Take notes and remember all the steps so that you don't forget them!
