Ex-senator: Revocation of good conduct benefits up to Supreme Court | Headstart For former senator and now Sorsogon govenor Francis Escudero, the GCTA law is clear: The granting of good conduct benefits under the law can no longer be revoked. In this interview with #ANCHeadstart, Escudero points out that provision has been enshrined in the revised penal code. But he says any revocation will be up for the Supreme Court to decide.
