Honestly one of the more memorable weekends we'll get a chance to experience, the Fireside Conference was an experience that caused us to grow both personally and professionally.
Hosted at Camp Walden in North Eastern Ontario, the event took place Sept 5-8, 2019. It was both sunny and warm while at times rainy and cold. Sleeping in camp cabins on mattresses made for children, we all grew closer together, eating in a dinning hall and congregating in nature.
We were surrounded by fascinating humans. We took in live podcasts, actual fireside chats and workshops. Keynote speeches from Chris Cummins, Peter Katz and Jeffrey Hayzlett.
We unplugged (there was no cell service) and relaxed. And while we did all that, we also made this video and shared it on the final day of the conference.
Thank you Steven and Dan for all the work you and the team did organizing Fireside. We love being part of the community.
