Rajasthan has nailed its mutton dishes like no other! We went to Handi one afternoon for lunch and drooled over its Laal Maas, Galauti Kebab and Junlgi Maas.
Jungli Maas totally blew my mind away! I have never tasted any mutton that is so intense in flavour - with its pure ghee, dry red chillies and burnt garlic!
