IS JUDGE GRAHAM QUISENBERRY DECIDING ON A CASE OUTSIDE OF HIS JURISDICTION On August 22, 2019, a pro se litigant challenged Judge Graham Quisenberry's jurisdiction over the case before him and the deprivation of due process he and his son were facing as the state was interfering with the parent-child relationship--and possibly ignoring and enabling abusive behavior by the son's mother and stepfather.
