John Major: Boris Johnson's reasons for suspension 'cannot be true' The third and final day of the Supreme Court hearing into whether Boris Johnson misled the Queen and undermined Parliament has concluded.

The 11 judges will now consider the evidence which included a former Conservative Prime Minister, Sir John Major, helping the case against the current one.

His representative said that Mr Johnson had suspended Parliament to stop MPs "interfering" with Brexit, the Government says it was just politics.
