Not an information-heavy post today, but I wanted to share some good news.

As most of you know, I run a training division within FlexxDigital. My “Flexxable” course teaches PPC agency owners about the Pay Per Lead model and, in the process, helps them reach their full potential.

One of the perks of my course is a closed Mastermind group, for members only. There, students get full access to my:

PPC managers
web designers
Videographers
Copywriters.

We also encourage students to work together, asking questions and helping each other out. The good news I want to share with you happened in the Mastermind group today.

One of my UK students has struck up an overseas joint venture with another guy in America. They’re running leads for the same vertical and can now reach a much wider audience.

Together, they’ve been paid upfront for 200 leads at $50 each. I’m not permitted to reveal who these people are, or what vertical they’re in, but I can say that they’re making five figures a week from one client.

This overseas joint venture is excellent news for my student. I’m so proud of his progress. I’ve seen him think about going into that particular industry, to building his funnels, to getting his ads reviewed by us, to asking us to help him spruce up his landing page.

I’ve followed this guy’s journey from our first-ever conversation, all the way up to his joint venture and he being paid upfront for leads. I’m so happy that he’s finding success.

How Do You Get Paid By An Overseas Client?

If you have clients overseas, or an overseas partner in a joint venture, the first thing you need to do is set up a TransferWise account.

TransferWise is a British online money transfer service, based in London. The company supports over 750 currency routes across the world, including GBP, USD, EUR, AUD and CAD. TransferWise is regulated by legal authorities, so it’s absolutely safe to use. It also offers a very reasonable exchange rate, and it has low transfer fees.

To find out more about TransferWise, The Telegraph has a very informative article here.

Can You Merge Business Managers With An Overseas Partner?

One question this guy asked was about merging Business Managers. He says that he’s having trouble creating a new BM for this overseas joint venture.

To be honest, that surprises me. Technically it’s a new business, but it could be that they’re limited to one Business Manager per person.

At FlexxDigital, I have Business Manager accounts in Asia, Canada and the UK. I also own a lead generation website with its own BM. Perhaps I set these up before Facebook started tightening the rules, but I do think you should be able to get one for a joint venture. The best thing to do would be to contact Facebook directly and see if it can happen.

If you can’t open multiple Business Managers any more, then you need to create an advertising account within an existing one. Once you’ve done that, just share admin access with your overseas joint venture partner.

It really is as simple as that.
