Mark, from Fulham, didn't vote in the 2016 referendum on membership of the European Union, but wanted to vote to leave. Here he chats with James O'Brien on LBC to explain his point of view.
He now thinks that he, and everyone else, were not given the information needed to vote in an informed way. He believes that a new referendum would give a different result and in that referendum he would be voting to remain.
