The real question was related to the fact that leaves for some folks are already starting to fall, but whether or not we suck the leaves up every week, or wait til the end of the season to do one big leaf clean up.
I thought that was a really good question, one that I've even considered myself, and wondered what you guys do out there. Generally speaking, we always offered an end of season leaf clean up, and that was pretty much it.
I sort've see the benefits though to offering multiple smaller leaf clean ups too, as long as the customer was interested and wanted to pay for it. It hasn't been something we've typically offered, but I could see the merits in it especially if you have multiple mowers and baggers that could give you more flexibility while you're still mowing through the regular season.
Love to hear if you guys offer multiple leaf clean ups for your clients during the month of October and November, and hear how you guys price these out. Do you add a double cut premium to suck the leaves up? Triple? How many times do you guys do this in October and early November? Leave your thoughts down below!
