They Might Be Alien (Ambient Guitar Improvisation)

Third week in a row.. I might actually get through with keeping these on a regular schedule.

This one was created around a loop consisting of an arpeggiated chord and two notes in the bass. Some melody, swells and scratching sounds via manipulation of the Line 6's Analog Delay time.
Again, all that was used was the guitar and the Line 6 Pod HD500. And here's the signal chain for those who are interested: Guitar - Tube Comp - Opto Tremolo - Phaser - Amp (Solo 100 Clean w/ 412XXLV30 and 87 Mic) - split after the amp, with one signal going dry to Output B and one signal being manipulated by time based effects. Digital Delay - Octo Verb - Analog Del/Mod - Hall. I also used the expression pedal to alter the time setting on the Analog Delay. And at some point I changed one of the effects to an Octaver. Can't remember which one, though...
