UPDATE: One year of Sobriety and I just quit cigarettes again

I am actually 3 days away from a full year of sobriety and just recently quit cigarettes. At 36 I still consider myself relatively young but I've been smoking a drinking for years now I don't. Hopefully I can keep it up as I approach 40 year old and beyond
