I shot this absurd and spoopy music video with the help of friends and family and edited it mostly myself.
This video is absurd and a little creepy expressing the spoopy feeling of the song. Although the music and lyrics of the song might seem a little intense at first glance, it is not really meant to be a scary, or sad. It is just made for entertainment. I don’t really really hate clowns or stay awake till 3 am watching horror movies, and I’ m definitely not OK with monsters or vampires. They will creep me out as much as clowns do. I am an 11 year old who can barely watch a thriller not yet a horror movie till the end. I sleep pretty early and rarely see nightmares, and if I do they are usually about my super long History tests. LOL.
Everything in my life since I knew myself ( since age 4 ) is about being creative and creating worlds that do not exist through movies, drawings , stories, poems, and songs I create. You guessed right my favorite game was PRETENDING, and I am still playing it in a way. Some of my songs are not literally all about myself or my feelings ( like I’m OK With Monsters and Shining Vol 1) but they come from my pretend world. ( GOLDIE song is 100 percent from real world)
So I wrote this song with a little help from my mom ( AKA horror movies expert) about horror movies since I always wanted a scary spooky song that I can also get to sing and play at my HALLOWEEN parties.
This is a song about horror movies and also about how people sometimes do things that might not be GOOD for them but they just can’t STOP themselves. So I guess most people can relate to that.
We had fun shooting the video and also writing the song. Hope you enjoy it, too. I ‘ll have more self - made videos coming up for this song and others since I love making short videos. And I definitely have more ideas for this song.
My NEXT single COLD FEET is a winter song which will warm you up. It is coming this Holiday Season.
