Learning How To Cope With Grief After Losing A Horse

Firstly, thank you to each and every one of you who left your comments after my last video. Your kindness, and thoughts have really helped me so so sooooo much. I can't say thank you enough. You made me feel better 😍😍🤗🤗🤗😍😍
And I am finding that getting back on the horse, so to speak, has helped a tremendous amount as well. I am really lucky to have Frisby. I can still ride, and hang out with him. And now we are taking little adventures together outside of the confines of our property. I am pushing myself, as well as Frisby. And you know what? It's a good thing!
Everyone deals with grief in their own way. And I am finding that the more I get out there, and try something new, the better I feel.
I just take it one day at a time, and allow myself to be sad if I'm feeling sad, or allow myself to feel happy if that's how I'm feeling. Just one day at a time, and try to find the good in every experience I am having with Frisby.
I am blessed, and very fortunate, and so lucky to have great people like you supporting me! Thank you again for all of your thoughts and prayers. It really means a lot to me! 🤗🤗🤗
