It’s Fall and it’s my time of year. I love seasonal changes because change brings new ideas, hopes and possibilities like selling a house and buying a new house. But you’re probably thinking its Fall and no one is seriously looking and I can tell you no that is not true in most places.
I recently met with a couple who told me that they had started looking for a house in the late Spring early Summer but felt it was too much competition and decided to wait until the Fall.
After our consultation, we found a few properties online and one of them really captured their attention. We scheduled an appointment and then drove to the property. They were really excited until we got to the house. There were several other cars parked in the driveway and on the street. They wanted to know what was going on and that's when I broke the news to them that they did not want to hear.

Prices are projected to appreciate by 5.4% over the next year according to Corelogic, which is the leading provider of consumer, financial and property data. I believe this because interest rates have decreased and when interest rates decrease, people have more buying power which increases home prices.
3. It’s Time to Move on With Your Life! If you thought about selling your home, there was a reason behind it. Look at the reason you decided to sell and determine whether it is worth waiting. Perhaps the time has come for you and your family to move on and start living the life you deserve.
