The so-called "alternative media", in many cases, continue spreading the myths--because they don't understand the truth--but some do--and still continue to do so.
We need to see past the distraction and chasing shiny objects to get to the path to real understanding of what actually matters--dispel the garbage--and find out how WE can get what WE need. M4A, Green New Deal, Federal Job Guarantee, student loan debt cancellation. All of it.
Without knowledge of how the economy works, you simply cannot demand policy changes to benefit US.
Taxes have nothing to do with paying for policy that benefits the public purpose. Heck, they pay for NOTHING on the federal level--and you need to know this to move forward--or nothing will change.
Misleading misdirection will never allow you to know what you need to know.
Does anyone ask how we're going to "pay for" the bloated military budget? That proves that those in power KNOW that we can afford things. What they want.
The federal government, as the monopoly issuer of the U.S. dollar, can never run out of them.
It can pay for anything and everything--including a progressive agenda--which benefits EVERYONE.
