We start with a traffic generator. This works best with paid ads but you can use the same system even if you're not there yet. Maybe you have a blog or a group or something that will allow you to send traffic to a page.
Next, we send them to a simple optin page with a lead magnet. We basically allow people to express their interest by entering their email address.
After they enter their email address they are being sent to a thank you page with an offer. You offer something valuable for free.
If they don't take the offer there is an email sequence.
If they do they are sent to a calendar page. People that optin but dont schedule a time to speak to you are being retargeted. That way they get emails saying to schedule a time with you and at the same time see ads saying the same thing.
When they schedule a time with you the information they provide is transferred to a CRM. You use CRM for communication with these HOT leads.
Then comes a phone call. If they are the right fit and ready to become a client you send them back to a landing page with the pricing. This allows you to close while on the phone with a potential client.
When payment is made, congratulations, you have a new client and they go to the onboarding page. This page basically tells them what is next and etc...
On the onboarding page we use a Jotform or similar to gather the required information from your new client so you can start working.
The info from the form is automatically moved to a task management software where the work is divided by all the people that work for you.
This whole thing works entirely on autopilot.
