WHAT IS A PLANT BASED DIET?
A way of eating that focuses mostly on whole plant foods or foods derived from plants. This diet can either simply minimize OR completely exclude animal products (and is often confused with a vegan diet).
WHAT DOES A PLANT BASED DIET LOOK LIKE?
A plant based diet will vary from person to person. For me that means eating a diet that's made up of like 97% plants.
