The recipe ingredients for Day 1 of "A Simple Christmas" are as follows:
Lentil Peas
3 cups of Lentil Peas (soaked for at least 2 hours)
2 Tablespoons of Garlic (diced)
1/2 Medium Onion
1 Thai Chilli Pepper
1 Green Onion
3 cups of water
1/2 Vegetable Bullion
3 Tablespoons of Butter
1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
1/4 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
Honey Citrus Viniagrette
1/2 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
1 1/2 cup of Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Dry Parsly
Dash of Mustard
1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
1/4 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
Bananas Foster
1/4 cup Butter
2 or 3 Bananas
1/2 cup Pecans
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/8 cup Dark Rum
Dash of Ground Nutmeg
3/4 cup of Brown Sugar (Demerara preferably)
