Takumi Minamino will undergo a medical on Wednesday, ahead of his January move to Liverpool. That’s according to the Times’ Paul Joyce, who states that “barring no hitches”, he will become a Reds player on January 1st.
Minamino will join Liverpool from Salzburg, having impressed greatly against Jurgen Klopp’s side in the Champions League this season.
The Reds boss was a fan of the Japanese star’s long before that, though, with his technical ability and work-rate appealing to the German.=========================================================
