This bankruptcy by Celadon Trucking could leave drivers stranded on the road so drivers at Celedon Trucking should fill their tanks and keep them full. Why is Celadon Trucking going bankrupt? A few years ago they got into some legal trouble with the SEC and have not been able to get out of it. Is Celadon Trucking bankrupt? They have not filed yet but they are expected to do so. Why did Celadon Transportation go bankrupt? Will Celadon Trucking pay me? What if I lease purchase from Celadon Trucking? Lease Purchase operators are in a world of hurt. You ultimately don't own the truck so it goes back to the owner which is the leasing company. Will I get my last paycheck from Celadon Trucking? I don't know but I hope so.
