प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वल योजना के तहत सभी महिलाओं के चेहरे पर खुशी लाने के उद्देश्य से केंद्र सरकार द्वारा चलाया गया था परंतु मिर्जापुर जिले के सिटी ब्लॉक के अघवार गाँव के बिन्द बस्ती मे सोनी देवी सहित 10 लोगों को अभी तक गैस सिलेन्डर ना मिलने से ईन लोगों को चुल्हे पर खाना बनाना पड रहा है । Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana, was launched with the aim of providing free LPG gas connections and stoves to all households, but 10 people including Soni Devi have not yet got gas cylinders in Bind Basti of Aghwar village of City Block of Mirzapur district.
