I know you have been asking for a barn update as well as some barn gym footage so we are bringing you this one! Hit some speed squats/pulls and all that other good stuff today. Super simple, keeping the heart rate going a bit but crushing some strength. Then of course the CLANG N BANG had to come up. Back and BICEPS!!
