Police and tow truck on scene dealing with an ice-related crash. Driver drove around the police Tahoe, through the scene and then attempted to drive around my vehicle which was set up at the next intersection. The officer assumed she was going to one of the businesses before the bridge, but when she kept going, he went after her. When she failed to pull over, I angled my vehicle across both lanes to block her, but it appears that she was going to use the shoulder so I adjusted further.
