Even minor procedures can be problematic (A spurter from taking biopsies from the lower esophagus)

A 26-year-old man presented to our hospital with persistent epigastric pain, and heartburn was admitted to our hospital. The patient gave a long term history of proton pump inhibitors use. Upper digestive endoscopy was undertaken. A spurter resulted from biopsies that were taken from the lower esophagus.
