2. Garcinia juice or Kokum Sharbat
You can make a yummy delicious juice with this. This is popular drink in some parts of India.

To make one serving of this juice,
• Soak 3 Kokum peels in water for about 10 minutes.
• After it becomes soft, mash it up gently
• Now take all this content along with water into a sauce pan or steel bowl. To this add 1 spoon of mashed ginger + 1 spoon of jaggery powder + a pinch of Black salt (Kala namak). If you don’t have black salt, you can use regular salt.
• Boil this for 5 minutes on medium flame.
• Wait for contents to cool down and strain the contents
• Add ice and mint for serving.
That’s all, your healthy tangy juice is ready. You can make this juice in different ways by mixing other spices too. It’s your choice how you want to make it.
3. Eating the kokum peel directly
• You can take one or two peels in a day directly. Its little tangy and spicy. If you cannot eat this way, you can mix jiggery or honey with this.
