A petition to recall Kaohsiung mayor Han Kuo-yu presented 30,000 signatures to the Central Election Commission on Thursday. The CEC now has 25 days to review the petition and decide whether it can advance to the next step of the recall process. In the second stage, the campaign will have 60 days to get signatures from 10% of Kaohsiung voters. It''s Thursday morning at the CEC.
