How to Remove Aluminum Chip Weld from End Mills and Drills

If you cut a lot of aluminum you know that your end mills and cutting tools can get clogged up with aluminum chips and it can bond to the coatings, making them less effective. It's pretty easy to remove the aluminum and make them look like new!

This works well on TiAlN and TiN coatings, but could affect ZrN coatings.
