Kiểm tra tín hiệu bơm xăng trên ECU 272 Mercedes

Step 1: Connect ECU/PCM to Power supply 12V.

+ Power after main relay


+ From key switch on start input ( IGSW)


+ Battery power ( hot all time)


Step 2: Connect CANBUS to Automotive OBD2 scanner diagnosis tool:


+ Actuator test


+ Live data


+ read fault


+ erase fault


Step 3: Connect sensor signal pinout from ECU/ PCM to ECU TESTER TOOL. (See more in manual)


Step 4: Change sensor signal at ECU TESTER TOOL, then use Scanner Diagnosis tool to read live data.


Step 5: Select vehicle type in ECU TESTER TOOL: When simulate CAMSAFT/ CRANKSHAF position sensor, then ECU/PCM will control actuator such as: injector ( With ECU TESTER TOOL we can test the ECU is still active or not)


Step 6: Use VOM , oscillocope measure signal from ECU/PCM that control actuator…


Step 7: Compare sensor signal value on ECU TESTER TOOL and Diagnosis Tool. From there we can ditermine which component has fault?


Wiring short circuit?


sensor has internal fault?


ECU has internal fault?
