This gentleman Malcolm Woolford, would be the very best person to switch on next year’s Portishead Christmas Lights. His voluntary work for the town in litter picking alone is outstanding and would be a far better candidate for a personal MBE than any national celebrity. Three years for Malcolm. He is brilliant.
