Plymouth Duster First Start In Years! - Vice Grip Garage EP47

I bought this 1974 Plymouth Duster online sight unseen (weird I know). The dusters in pretty rough shape, but that doesn't stop me from attempting to see if the 318 will run! If if starts, you know I've got to test drive it. Do you think this one will have brakes?
