Seniors from the city of Markham and the surrounding area enjoyed the Positive Living – Mental Health Awareness event.

They learned the different methods that are available to improve their mental health.

CCA-Canada presented Arka Dhyana Intuitive Meditation as a method to improve mental well-being.

Neel Dani, Executive Director, Chorus Music taught everyone how to experience stress relief through drumming.

We also enjoyed a lovely cake cutting, a delicious vegetarian buffet lunch and live musical entertainment by Nadia Dolce, award-winning international singer-songwriter and artist and Neel Dani, independent Canadian artist, producer, songwriter, engineer and multi-instrumentalist.

Thank you to City of Markham, Regional Councillor Joe Li for attending the event and presenting us with an acknowledgement certificate.
