This story is beyond disturbing ... Cops originally thought this was a hit and run incident but it wasn't. It was something much more insidious ... Crazy and evil as h*ll Nicole Marie Poole Franklin told the Clive, Iowa Police Department she intentionally ran over a 14-year-old girl on a sidewalk because she thought the teenager was "a Mexican."
14-year-old Natalia Miranda was walking to an activity at a junior high school when the vehicle jumped onto the sidewalk and ran her over.
Since the vile attack, Natalia has since returned to school.
Franklin is being charged with attempted murder. Her bond is set at $1 million.
